Lavanda apartment is situated  first floor of the La Fiorita Farmhouse. The apartment is interrelated with Tulipano one via soundproof doors: on request you are allowed to group in pairs, permitting the accommodation of a large family or a group of friends who want to share holiday time.
The apartments is tastefully furnished with a kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, integrated in the construction to be not invasive in the environments and  regulated by a home automation system). There is an LED TV with satellite; in the rooms as well as in outer area of the estate is available Wi-Fi internet connection. The apartment has a own furnished gazebo.
The furniture is all made up of fine pieces, rustic and ancient workmanship, tile floors are also antique-like, chandeliers and dishes are ceramics from Deruta; the kitchen sinks are made of stone. All rooms are soundproof. The apartment has four beds and in  addition  a comfortable sofa bed let increase the receptivity of 2 persons more.
