La Fiorita is a vacation home nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. Every corner of the estate offers bucolic views, with wide open spaces overlooking the hills of Montepulciano, the city of Cortona, and Lake Trasimeno.

The property was originally an old farmhouse and its stables, rebuilt from scratch, partly using recycled materials but employing the most advanced construction techniques to restore the main house and annex to their original architectural splendor without sacrificing modern comforts. A garden of approximately one hectare, rich in ornamental plants and fruit trees, surrounds the residential buildings. In front of the residential area is a saltwater swimming pool (therefore, no chlorinated water), suitable for both children and adults, and surrounded by a specially equipped walking area.
