La Fiorita is a farmhouse nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. From every corner of the estate you have magnificent views of bucolic flavor with wide open spaces overlooking the hills of Montepulciano, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. The structure comes from an old farmhouse and its barns, rebuilt from scratch, using some recycled materials, but with help of the most advanced building techniques, to restore the house and the annex to the ancient architectural splendor without loosing the modern comforts. Around the housing structures lies a garden of more then hectare, full of ornamental plants and fruit trees. Placed in front of the residential area there is a saltwater pool (therefore lack chloramines), suitable for both children and adults, and surrounded by a walkway equipped for this purpose.
